Frequently asked questions

Why do lifespan and half-life disagree?

They measure different things: the mean vs the median of the same retention distribution. Both belong on the page, labelled for what they are.

What is Net Revenue Churn?

Net Revenue Churn = (MRR churned − expansion) ÷ starting MRR. It is distinct from Customer Churn and Revenue Churn.
